1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website masidingpros.com, submitting estimate inquiry forms, or interacting with our digital visualizers and calculators, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our online estimation services.

2. Nature of Online Estimates and 3D Visualizers

The cost calculations generated by our interactive Massachusetts Siding & Mass Save® Calculator and preliminary 3D Hover® digital home models are provided for informational planning and budgeting purposes. They represent preliminary ballpark ranges based on user-entered square footages and average regional material rates.

An online calculation does not constitute a binding legal contract or guaranteed price quotation. Binding prices are established solely through an authorized, written Massachusetts Home Improvement Contract executed following an on-site physical inspection and laser verification of wall conditions.

3. Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) Statutory Consumer Rights

MA Siding Pros LLC operates in strict compliance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 142A (the Home Improvement Contractor Act) and Massachusetts 780 CMR. When you contract with our firm for residential siding work exceeding $1,000, you are entitled to comprehensive consumer protections under Massachusetts law:

• Registration Verification: We are registered as a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor (HIC #204891) with the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation (OCABR) and licensed under a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor (CSL #CS-119402).
• Massachusetts Guaranty Fund: Contracting with an active registered HIC contractor ensures homeowners have access to the Massachusetts Home Improvement Guaranty Fund, which provides up to $10,000 in statutory recovery in the event of an unresolved dispute.
• Mandatory Written Contract Terms: All contracts provide clear start and completion dates, detailed material specifications (e.g., James Hardie®, CertainTeed®, Eastern White Cedar), building permit responsibility, and an itemized payment schedule that legally limits deposits to no more than one-third (33.3%) of the contract price prior to commencement.
• Three-Day Right of Rescission: In accordance with Massachusetts law, homeowners signing a residential home improvement contract have three (3) business days to cancel the transaction without penalty.

4. Permitting and Code Compliance

MA Siding Pros takes full responsibility for pulling all required building, electrical, and street staging permits from local municipal building departments across all 14 Massachusetts counties. We never ask homeowners to pull their own building permits, which would forfeit your statutory rights under the Massachusetts HIC Guaranty Fund.

5. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

All completed residing installations are backed by our written lifetime workmanship warranty alongside the manufacturer's non-prorated product warranties (such as James Hardie's 30-year substrate warranty or CertainTeed's lifetime limited warranty). MA Siding Pros LLC is not liable for structural framing defects, foundation settling, or pre-existing interior water damage that was concealed behind existing cladding prior to tear-off.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and any residential contracts entered into with MA Siding Pros LLC are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising from your use of this website shall be held in the state courts of Suffolk or Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
